Made-to-Order & Fit Policy
At Soliesse by Muskan, every piece is thoughtfully made-to-order to support slow fashion and reduce waste. As each garment is specially crafted for you, we do not offer returns or refunds.
However, for domestic orders, if you need a better fit, we are happy to offer a one-time size exchange OR a one-time alteration, provided the request is made within 3 days of delivery. If your required size is unavailable, the value of your purchase will be issued as Store Credit, valid for 20 days from the date of issue. Refunds are not provided.

Custom-Made Orders
Garments tailored to your body measurements are not eligible for exchange, return, refund, or alteration, as they are made exclusively for you.
International Orders
Due to high international shipping costs, we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or alterations on international orders. To help you achieve the best fit, we provide complimentary custom sizing before your order is produced.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing soliesse.mv@gmail.com with a mandatory unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or issue Store Credit, as applicable.
