While we take utmost care in packing and shipping your pieces, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

- In such valid cases, we will issue a credit note or offer a one-time exchange, at our discretion.
