Returns & Refund Policy
At Soliesse by Muskan, every piece is made-to-order with care, following our conscious, slow-fashion approach to minimize waste. As a made-to-order brand, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
For domestic standard-size orders, we offer one-time size exchange OR one-time alteration. Customers are responsible for one-way shipping costs to our official address. Once received, the garment will be inspected and must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or wear. If it meets these conditions, we will proceed with the requested exchange or alteration.
Custom-made outfits based on individual measurements are not eligible for exchange, return, as they are specially made for your measurements.
We recommend carefully checking product details and contacting us for any size or design queries before placing your order.
🛍️ Made-to-Order & Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or do refunds once your order is confirmed.
📏 Domestic Size Exchanges & Alterations (India Only)
- Standard Sizes: If you purchased a standard ready size, you are eligible for a one-time size exchange OR a one-time alteration per order. You must inform us and request the exchange or alteration within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
- Custom-Made Outfits: If you requested a custom-made outfit stitched to your personal body measurements, it cannot be exchanged or returned, as it is specially tailored just for you.
- Sold Out or Alternative Choices: If you qualify for a standard size exchange but the product is sold out, or you prefer not to take the same item, we will issue a Credit Note. This credit note can be used to shop for any other product on our website and is valid for 20 days from the date of issue.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we take the utmost care in packing and shipping your premium pieces, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.
- Mandatory Requirement: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video clearly showing the damage or the incorrect item received.
- In such valid cases, we will issue a credit note or offer a replacement exchange, at our discretion.
